Homeowners are required to join The Cotswolds Home Owners Association, Inc. (CHOA) and pay annual dues of $275.00 which are due in July. The CHOA fiscal year is July 1st through June 30th.

Any homeowner may attend the Annual Homeowners Meeting, however, monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are normally only attended by members of the Board.

Minutes of the monthly Board of Directors meetings can be viewed by any CHOA member by scheduling an appointment with the Keeper of the Books and the Secretary.
